Mosaic Tastes is composed of a team of immigrant women from all over the world who created Mosaic Tastes to share new, handcrafted, fresh and authentic spice blends from around the world, for you to enjoy in your kitchen. The spices are prepared and blended here in Victoria.

The women of Mosaic Tastes are grateful to share with you our spice blends and traditional cooking experiences, and explore with you the fusion with local, seasonal produce. Our team is proud to contribute to the beautiful Mosaic of different cultures in Canada.

Do come down and take a look the offerings of Salsa Gonzales and our many other vendors this Saturday and every Saturday until October 2nd at the corner of Menzies and Superior in James Bay. Please note our hours – 9 am to 3 pm.

Now that BC is in Stage 3 of the Restart Plan, all the vendors are set up on the grassy area and there is additional free parking for customers.
