Returning Vendors - Definition and Application Process
'Returning Vendor' only refers to those who vended at the market in the 2007
season.
Any vendors from previous years must apply as new
vendors.
Returning vendors must fill out an application form, pay for their $10 membership,
and pay their first week’s booth fee by the date of the AGM, which is being
held at :
James Bay Community School, Library
140 Oswego Street,
Monday March 17, 2008 from 6:45 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Any applications received after this date will be subject to availability as are new vendors.
Returning Vendors do not need to submit a creative process description for jurying, unless they have significantly changed or added products, but they must still submit an application form with a $10 membership fee. The annual completion of the Application Form is to ensure we have current information and liability coverage.
If you were juried and vended last year as a substitute vendor please note that you are not guaranteed a permanent spot at the market. Regular vendors are, as per our policy manual, subject to table availability and diversity of products.
